New Zealand - Essential Leadership Skills for Young Legal and Accounting Professionals

A blended online and in-house training and coaching program for young lawyers, accountants, and other professionals working in firms or in-house in an organisation.

New and emerging leaders in professional services require certain skills and business acumen that are not usually taught at university. Once the platform of personal attributes is built, we need to install resources that give them greater credibility in the marketplace and empower them to produce exceptional profit outcomes.

This unique program consists of a 90-minute online workshop on 26th May and then a full-day in-person workshop.
